However, if you would prefer an exchange or full refund, we will gladly exchange, credit or refund your purchase of any unworn item returned within 30 days of the shipping date, excluding shipping, insurance & handling charges. All items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
All returns and or exchanges must receive a return authorization number before it can be submitted. Any item received without prior authorization will be rejected and returned to shipper at shipper’s expense. A return authorization number may be obtained by contacting the corporate office via phone or email.
Items must be returned unworn in Sellable condition and in their original packaging within 30 days of the shipping date, and must include the original packing slip. To return by mail, please send prepaid via UPS, FedEx or insured USPS. We will not accept any packages without a return name and address.
