Should you wish to return and/or exchange for new merchandise, please follow our instructions below:
- Contact amprshowroom.com customer service at
customerservice@amprshowroom.com or 212.333.2085 ext 108 for a Return
Authorization Number.Items must be packaged properly to prevent damage
in transit. amprshowroom.com will not be responsible for any such
damage. All returns are subject to inspection before credit will be
issued. Returns will be rejected if actual condition of item is not as
stated at time of return request. Using a strong corrugated carton or
double boxing is recommended.
- To expedite your
return/exchange, please display the return authorization number clearly
on the exterior of the package and on all accompanied correspondences
(packing slip etc).
- If your exchange order requires additional payment, please include a credit card number to be charged.
- For tracking and insurance purposes, it is important that you ship your package
INSURED via UPS, FedEx or registered USPS. Be sure to insure the package for the
full value of the item/s. Make sure to include a return address. We will not
accept any packages without a return name and address.
- Ship the items by registered U.S. mail, fully insured for the value of the item.
Notice Orders are shipped via FedEx. All packages require a signature upon
delivery to insure against accidental loss, damage or theft. PO Box Customers:
Shipping and Billing addresses are required to match in order to process the
order and Fed-ex or UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box address. International Card
Holders: All orders purchased with any non US issued credit cards must receive
direct authorization from the issuing bank. This may cause a delay in shipping.
If you are ordering outside the Continental U.S., You may be responsible for
added fees due to Customs and Duties on the order being shipped. Thanks for
